Behind concrete walls and barbed wire, something extraordinary is happening. Through a unique collaboration with the local prison authority, Coir Indonesia launched a training initiative that gives inmates more than just skills — it gives them dignity.

We believe that everyone deserves a second chance, and that opportunity is the first step toward transformation. By teaching coconut fiber processing and coir-based craftsmanship, inmates not only learn a trade, but also reconnect with the value of contributing to society.
